We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing for a 13-week assignment at a reputable healthcare facility in Rio Rancho, NM. The Director of Nursing will oversee and manage all nursing operations, ensuring high standards of clinical care, staff leadership, and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the nursing department
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Oversee patient care planning and quality assurance initiatives
• Manage, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff performance
